CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be done within 48 hours of your appointment. You must contact the business directly via phone or text at 727-815-6507 to cancel . If the appointment is not canceled within the 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited as well as 30% of your appointment fee will be charged to the card on file. If you choose to not show for your appointment the above policy stands as well as we may choose to terminate you as a client. We schedule our appointments so that each of our clients receive ample amount of time to be seen by our artist/ staff. This is why it is important that you keep your appointment with us or reschedule within a timely manner (48 hrs). We look forward to meeting you !
